These vary and is a matter of personal choice and preference. After a discussion with the Funeral Director as to your needs we will provide and estimate of charges with a final account. We provide the following services:

Professional Services

In taking your instructions at the arrangement interview for the funeral of the above. At our premises, or at your home.

Making all reservations with the Minister, service and committal venues. Sending written confirmations to all parties, as soon as possible by first class post or by hand.

Dealing with all legal formalities relating to the type of funeral chosen, and ensuring all documents are at the appropriate venues, within time period, by hand at all times.

Assistance in dealing with registration or Coroners procedure. If required.

Continuous personal checking of all arrangements.

Access to myself twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, for reassurance and support.

My personal attendance at all times prior to the funeral and throughout the funeral service.

Confidential advice on personal and funeral matters.

Custodial Services

Care of the deceased at our premises from date to arrival until the day of the funeral.

Floral Tributes

Care of floral tributes, transport to and display at Committal venue. Collection and delivery to you of floral tribute cards (if applicable) by post or by hand.

Payments

Payment on your behalf of disbursements at Service and Committal venues and elsewhere as required by the type of funeral requested, strictly in line with the estimate.

Provision of 30 days interest free credit to cover the disbursements (without reference to credit checks.

Personnel

To provide uniformed staff for bearing and chauffeuring duties, in sufficient numbers for the type of funeral selected.

Inward Conveyance

To provide two members of staff with suitable equipment for the collection of the deceased from the identified location, either in or out of normal working hours, and within a 10 mile radius, to our Private Chapel. Collection and recording of personal items with the deceased.

Vehicle Charge

Within the estimate we will make provision for funeral vehicles as required by our clients.

Coffin/Casket Charge

We have a range of coffins or caskets and will supply as selected by you.

Disbursements

These charges are laid down by the Council, Cemetery, Churchyard Authority or Crematorium and in each case we make the complete arrangements with the appropriate authority and disburse all fees payable on your behalf. We will pay all fees and disbursements and itemise the amount individually on our estimate and final account.
